Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Let pie shell defrost on counter.
  • Chop onion and sauté until translucent, not brown.
  • Chop up mozzarella.
  • Mix mozzarella, ricotta, eggs. Add spinach, sautéed onions, salt and pepper. Mix well.
  • Turn into pie shell.
  • Place in oven for about 1 hour until top is raised and browned.
  • Cut and eat.

    My mom used to have a spinach pie as well, I really miss it. I love this recipe for it's ease and wonderful flavors. Thank you for sharing this one.

    Ohh, Sounds delicious! I make one very similar but instead of the motzzerella and ricotta I use garlic and herb fetta. I am going to try this recipe too:)
