How to make it

  • Cut pork into strips.
  • Finely dice onion and garlic. Place pork, onions and garlic in Dutch oven.
  • Add sugar, ginger, salt and pepper.
  • Fry until onion is soft, and pork is dark.
  • Add Sweet Soy Sauce, water, lemon juice and stock cube.
  • Simmer on low for 30 minutes.
  • Serve with cooked white rice or fried rice.
