Ingredients

How to make it

  • Place the cream cheese, butter, garlic, and dried herbs into a mixing bowl. Beat on medium speed for three minutes, scraping bowl occasionally. Set aside.
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray lightly with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Unroll the pizza dough onto the foil. Spread 1/3 c. of the cream cheese mixture down half the pizza dfough, lengthwise. Top the cream cheese mixture with 1/2 c. grated parmesan. Fold the pizza dough over the cream cheese and parmesan.
  • Spread 1/3 c. of the cream cheese mixture onto the top of the folded crust, then sprinkle with the remaining parmesan cheese.
  • Top with the thinly sliced vegetables. Brush the vegetables with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Bake at 400 for 20-24 minutes.
  • Slice into one inch segments to serve.
  • ***There will be left over cream cheese mixture - this can be stored in the fridge for several days. Or, it is excellent served on crackers!

Wow. I am going to like this one. Probably too much. I'll have to make it to share with friends so I don't eat the whole thing. I know how I am.-Lori
