Herby Cheesy Flatbread

- 1 - 8oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1 stick of butter, softened shopping list
- 1 clove garlic, minced shopping list
- 2 tsp. dried herbs, such as dill, basil, thyme shopping list
- 1 tube refrigerated pizza crust shopping list
- 1 c. grated, fresh parmesan shopping list
- 1 c. assorted vegetables, such as red pepper, onion, zucchini, mushrooms, artichokes, etc., thinly sliced shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- salt & pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Place the cream cheese, butter, garlic, and dried herbs into a mixing bowl. Beat on medium speed for three minutes, scraping bowl occasionally. Set aside.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray lightly with non-stick cooking spray.
- Unroll the pizza dough onto the foil. Spread 1/3 c. of the cream cheese mixture down half the pizza dfough, lengthwise. Top the cream cheese mixture with 1/2 c. grated parmesan. Fold the pizza dough over the cream cheese and parmesan.
- Spread 1/3 c. of the cream cheese mixture onto the top of the folded crust, then sprinkle with the remaining parmesan cheese.
- Top with the thinly sliced vegetables. Brush the vegetables with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake at 400 for 20-24 minutes.
- Slice into one inch segments to serve.
- ***There will be left over cream cheese mixture - this can be stored in the fridge for several days. Or, it is excellent served on crackers!
