Bears Coconut Cake

- 2 cups sugar shopping list
- 2-6 oz pkg frozen coconut shopping list
- 2 cups sour cream shopping list
- 1 box yellow cake mix shopping list
How to make it
- The night before baking the yellow cake, combine sugar, sour cream and coconut and store in refrigerator.
- The next morning prepare the cake and bake in two layers by package directions. Cool completely after removing from pans. Split each cake layer to make two layers (a total of four layers). Fill and frost with sour cream mixture. Store in refrigerator and do not cut for four days.
