Ingredients

How to make it

  • Note: I use the plum tomatoes packed in tomato juice for this.
  • Halve tomatoes, remove seeds and drain well.
  • Pat tomatoes dry.
  • Gently toss tomatoes with remaining ingredients.
  • Arrange in single layer on rimmed baking sheet.
  • Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes to 2 hours or until moisture is completely gone.
  • Cool.
  • Store in air tight container.

Definitely sounds like a great alternative to sun-dried tomatoes. You strike again. Thanks Tony.
