Spaghetti Pie Recipe
I was tired of throughing out Spaghetti leftovers - so I decided to use them - the kids loved it and it was actually almost better the second time around

Ingredients
  • Leftover pasta from last night Spaghetti or angel hair
  • 1 jar of your favorite bottled pasta sauce
  • 1 lb of ground turkey
  • 1 cup of onions chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped
  • 2 tsps italian seasonings
  • 2 cups parmasan cheese

Directions
  1. Take a pie plate and spray with pam.
  2. Take spaghetti and mix with 2 tbsps of EVOO arrange spaghetti in the bottom of your pie plate leaving a hollow for the sauce.
  3. If you have left over sauce and meat from the night before well by all means use that - if not saute up the onion and garlic add the turkey (or beef) till browned add your bottled sauce,itailian seasonings and cook for 5 mins.
  4. Place sauce in pie plate - place cheese on top and place in pre heated 325 degree oven for 30 minutes.

I can never make just a little spaghetti and now I know what to do with what is left over. Sounds yummy and with a salad on the side and maybe some garlic bread and it's a full meal! Great post!
