Estate Sale Purchased Japanese Bean Salad

- 2 cups dried adzuki beans shopping list
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar shopping list
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic shopping list
- 4 tablespoons minced red onion shopping list
- 1 tablespoon grape seed oil shopping list
- 1 sheet nori toasted and crumbled shopping list
How to make it
- Rinse beans then place in pot with water to cover by 2 inches.
- Bring to boil then partly cover and simmer for 2 hours.
- Let cool then stir in vinegar, garlic, onion, oil and nori.
- Serve at room temperature or chill for one hour.
