Watercress feta and watermelon salad

- 2 Tbsp sunflower seeds shopping list
- 1 lb. watermelon, cut into 1/2 in cubes shopping list
- 5 1/2 oz feta, cut into 1/2 in cubes shopping list
- 2 1/2 c watercress shopping list
- 2 Tbsp olive oil shopping list
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice shopping list
- 2 tsp chopped oregano shopping list
How to make it
- Heat a small frying pan on high heat. Shaking constantly, dry-fry the sunflower seeds until golden, about 2 minutes.
- Combine the watermelon, feta, and watercress in the serving dish.
- Combine the oil, juice, and oregano in a small bowl and season with pepper.
- Toss the salad with the dressing.
- Serve with the sunflower seeds sprinkled on top.
