How to make it

  • Heat a small frying pan on high heat. Shaking constantly, dry-fry the sunflower seeds until golden, about 2 minutes.
  • Combine the watermelon, feta, and watercress in the serving dish.
  • Combine the oil, juice, and oregano in a small bowl and season with pepper.
  • Toss the salad with the dressing.
  • Serve with the sunflower seeds sprinkled on top.
