How to make it

  • Heat oil in wok on medium heat.
  • Empty coleslaw mix into wok, heat until slightly tender, mixing often.
  • Add chicken, mix throughly.
  • Add salt, pepper, and garlic.
  • When everything is heated nicely and veggies are soft, add soy sauce. This gives it a little taste, should not change the color of the mix.
  • Set aside, let cool.
  • Scramble egg in a small bowl, take one wanton wrapper place in front of you with point towards your chest. Place a tablespoon of the mix close to the point. Roll point up, take side points and fold in, roll and continue until sealed. Set aside and repeat.
  • Deep fry rolls until golden brown.
  • **Can fry less and freeze for later**
