Chicken Pinwheels

- 1 cup of cooked chicken breast or 2 small cans of cooked chicken shopping list
- 8 oz. package of cream cheese (room temperature) shopping list
- 1/4 cup sour cream shopping list
- 2 tbsp. mayonnaise shopping list
- 1/4 pack Knorr vegetable soup mix shopping list
- onion powder shopping list
- garlic powder shopping list
- 5 large flour tortillas shopping list
How to make it
- Beat cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth
- Mix in the sour cream and mayonnaise
- Add the soup mix , dash of onion and garlic powder and chicken, stir well making sure everything is combined
- Slightly warm the tortillas in a microwave (30 seconds)
- Spread 3 or 4 tbsp of filling on the tortilla and then roll it up tightly
- Wrap the tortilla roll in saran wrap and place in the refrigerator
- Repeat until all the filling is used
- Leave them in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours
- Unwrap the tortillas and cut into 1/2 inch slices. Discard the ends.
- Keep refrigerated until ready to use
