Chicken Pinwheels Recipe
A creamy filling inside a rolled flour tortilla. Wonderful for parties, showers, receptions, etc. These also can be made a couple of days before serving.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup of cooked chicken breast or 2 small cans of cooked chicken
  • 8 oz. package of cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 pack Knorr vegetable soup mix
  • onion powder
  • garlic powder
  • 5 large flour tortillas

Directions
  1. Beat cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth
  2. Mix in the sour cream and mayonnaise
  3. Add the soup mix , dash of onion and garlic powder and chicken, stir well making sure everything is combined
  4. Slightly warm the tortillas in a microwave (30 seconds)
  5. Spread 3 or 4 tbsp of filling on the tortilla and then roll it up tightly
  6. Wrap the tortilla roll in saran wrap and place in the refrigerator
  7. Repeat until all the filling is used
  8. Leave them in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours
  9. Unwrap the tortillas and cut into 1/2 inch slices. Discard the ends.
  10. Keep refrigerated until ready to use
