This dish is great with mashed potatoes,and hot home made rolls. My husband just love it !

Ingredients
  • 3 large skinless,boneless chicken breasts
  • 8 ounces whipped cream cheese with chives
  • 2 tablespoons butter divided
  • 6 slices bacon

Directions
  1. Pound chicken breast to 1/2 inch thick
  2. Spread each breast with about 3 tablespoons of the cheese
  3. Dot with butter
  4. Fold ends over filling (some will ooze out during baking )
  5. Wrap 1 slice of bacon around each roll
  6. Place seam side down in shallow baking pan
  7. Bake on top rack in 400 degree oven about 40 minutes or until juices run clear when chicken is pierced
  8. Broil about 5 minutes or until bacon is crisp and golden
