Chicken-cheese Rolls

- 3 large skinless,boneless chicken breasts shopping list
- 8 ounces whipped cream cheese with chives shopping list
- 2 tablespoons butter divided shopping list
- 6 slices bacon shopping list
How to make it
- Pound chicken breast to 1/2 inch thick
- Spread each breast with about 3 tablespoons of the cheese
- Dot with butter
- Fold ends over filling (some will ooze out during baking )
- Wrap 1 slice of bacon around each roll
- Place seam side down in shallow baking pan
- Bake on top rack in 400 degree oven about 40 minutes or until juices run clear when chicken is pierced
- Broil about 5 minutes or until bacon is crisp and golden
