Moms Spanish Rice Recipe

Ingredients

1 Can Stewed Tomato - Drained & Diced

1 1/2 Cup Chicken broth

1 1/2 Cup uncooked white rice

1 T Butter

2 t Chili Powder

3/4 t Mexican Oregano

1/2 t Garlic Salt

2 green onions diced

3 T finely chopped cilantro

Directions

In med saucepan, bring all ingredients to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 25 min. Fluff rice, place in serving bowl, garnish with sliced green onions and cilantro.
