Fruity Cream Puffs Recipe
This dish is truly so simple to make yet looks so extravegant if you are wacthing your calories use low fat ice cream and no sugar added fozen fruits.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup margarine or butter
  • 1/2 cup pancake and waffle mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pint vanilla or your favorite fruit flavored ice cream to match the fruit topping
  • 2 and 1/2 cups of your favorite frozen fruits such as strawberries, blueberries, peaches ect. thawed

Directions
  1. heat oven to 375 degrees
  2. bring water and margarine or butter to a boil
  3. graudually add pancake mix, stirring vigorusly until mixture leaves sides of pan and forms a ball
  4. remove from heat and add eggs one at a time beating well after each
  5. drop batter by tabelspoons 2 inches apart onto ungraesed cookie sheet
  6. bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown
  7. remove from cookie and cool completly on wire racks
  8. slice top of cream puss and fill with a small scoop of icecram
  9. replace tops and store tightly covered in freezer until ready to serve.
  10. let stand at room temperature for 5 minutes before serving
  11. top each with 1/4 cup of your thawed fruit and serve
