How to make it

  • heat oven to 375 degrees
  • bring water and margarine or butter to a boil
  • graudually add pancake mix, stirring vigorusly until mixture leaves sides of pan and forms a ball
  • remove from heat and add eggs one at a time beating well after each
  • drop batter by tabelspoons 2 inches apart onto ungraesed cookie sheet
  • bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown
  • remove from cookie and cool completly on wire racks
  • slice top of cream puss and fill with a small scoop of icecram
  • replace tops and store tightly covered in freezer until ready to serve.
  • let stand at room temperature for 5 minutes before serving
  • top each with 1/4 cup of your thawed fruit and serve
