Fruity Cream Puffs

- 1/2 cup water shopping list
- 1/4 cup margarine or butter shopping list
- 1/2 cup pancake and waffle mix shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 pint vanilla or your favorite fruit flavored ice cream to match the fruit topping shopping list
- 2 and 1/2 cups of your favorite frozen fruits such as strawberries, blueberries, peaches ect. thawed shopping list
How to make it
- heat oven to 375 degrees
- bring water and margarine or butter to a boil
- graudually add pancake mix, stirring vigorusly until mixture leaves sides of pan and forms a ball
- remove from heat and add eggs one at a time beating well after each
- drop batter by tabelspoons 2 inches apart onto ungraesed cookie sheet
- bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown
- remove from cookie and cool completly on wire racks
- slice top of cream puss and fill with a small scoop of icecram
- replace tops and store tightly covered in freezer until ready to serve.
- let stand at room temperature for 5 minutes before serving
- top each with 1/4 cup of your thawed fruit and serve
