Salsa Fresca

- 1 Small yellow onion - finely minced shopping list
- 6 large tomatoes (Garden Fresh are the best) shopping list
- 3 medium Serrano Chiles - (with seeds-finely minced) shopping list
- 2 Haas avocados (Optional) shopping list
- Key - (If adding avocados - Add 1- 2 Tbls Lawry's garlic salt) shopping list
- 1-2 tsp salt (to taste) (add less salt if also using garlic salt) shopping list
- 1 tsp black pepper (to taste) shopping list
How to make it
- Dice tomatoes
- Mince onions and Serrano Chiles
- Optional - Dice Avocados
- If adding Avocados - Add 1- 2 Tbls Lawry's Garlic Salt
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl and add salt and pepper to taste. Allow salsa to sit for 30 minutes before serving which allows the flavors to blend together.
- Great on most barbequed meats including steak and chicken
- Best served at room temperature -
