A Baja Style Mexican Salsa. Easy to make

Ingredients
  • 1 Small Yellow Onion - finely minced
  • 6 large tomatoes (Garden Fresh are the best)
  • 3 medium Serrano Chiles - (with seeds-finely minced)
  • 2 Haas Avocados (Optional)
  • Key - (If adding Avocados - Add 1- 2 Tbls Lawry's Garlic Salt)
  • 1-2 tsp Salt (to taste) (add less salt if also using Garlic Salt)
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper (to taste)

Directions
  1. Dice tomatoes
  2. Mince onions and Serrano Chiles
  3. Optional - Dice Avocados
  4. If adding Avocados - Add 1- 2 Tbls Lawry's Garlic Salt
  5. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and add salt and pepper to taste. Allow salsa to sit for 30 minutes before serving which allows the flavors to blend together.
  6. Great on most barbequed meats including steak and chicken
  7. Best served at room temperature -
