Fat Free Tuna Salad

- 1 large can tuna, packed in water, drained shopping list
- 1/2 red onion, diced shopping list
- 1-2 TBS. sweet pickle relish shopping list
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup fat-free plain yogurt, drained (you could use it undrained but your salad would be more watery. I buy large cartons and drain it through cheesecloth or paper-towel lining a sieve for at least overnight and keep it on hand as I don't care for watery anything....except some soups, of course.) shopping list
- 1 tsp. lemon pepper shopping list
- salt and regular black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Mix everything except the yogurt, adjust seasonings to taste, then mix in the yogurt until the desired consistency. I had this with whole wheat crackers (5), on a couple of romaine lettuce leaves, and I judge the whole meal came in under 200 calories! Yay!
