Ingredients

How to make it

  • Mix everything except the yogurt, adjust seasonings to taste, then mix in the yogurt until the desired consistency. I had this with whole wheat crackers (5), on a couple of romaine lettuce leaves, and I judge the whole meal came in under 200 calories! Yay!

Another yummy alternative is to us fat free mayo. I am on a Dr. restricted low fat diet, (10g or less per day) and to me, it tastes the same as real mayo. Anywho, I was noticing that the amnt. of fat u listed was .5g which is true if you only eat 1/5 of the can of tuna...serving sizes are very small with canned meat. But still a super low fat meal!!!!!!!! :0)

The only yogurt I have ever had is the fruity kind. I am assuming you are talking about plain yogurt right? Does it have any taste to it at all?
