Another yummy alternative is to us fat free mayo. I am on a Dr. restricted low fat diet, (10g or less per day) and to me, it tastes the same as real mayo. Anywho, I was noticing that the amnt. of fat u listed was .5g which is true if you only eat 1/5 of the can of tuna...serving sizes are very small with canned meat. But still a super low fat meal!!!!!!!! :0)
