    I'm intrigued by the choices of peppers given. The serrano is a very mild one. The scotch bonnet, akin to the habaƱero, is among the fiercest on the planet.

    I have a recipe from cooking light for jamaican jerk pork I'll have to post when I get time. It's unreal. Of course, you can just go to their website and print it from there if you want.
