Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 Tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 1 can French Fried Onions
  • 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 jar sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1 teaspoons parsley flakes
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 Kaiser Rolls

Directions
  1. In a bowl, combine ground beef, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, 3 teaspoons mustard and half the onions.
  2. Form into 4 patties and broil or grill to desired doneness.
  3. Meanwhile, in a bowl, blend cream cheese, remaining Worcestershire sauce, mushrooms, mustard and parsley.
  4. Spread cream cheese mixture on cooked patties.
  5. Top patties with reserved onions.
  6. Broil or grill 1 minute more or until onions are golden.
  7. Serve on Kaiser rolls.

This was very good. I had made this before but tonight I made it with the mushrooms. I think the mushrooms got lost, it did not add to it or take anything away from it.
