- 1 pound ground beef shopping list
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 4 Tablespoons Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1 can French fried onions shopping list
- 3 ounces cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1 jar sliced mushrooms, drained shopping list
- 1 teaspoons parsley flakes shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 4 kaiser rolls shopping list
How to make it
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, 3 teaspoons mustard and half the onions.
- Form into 4 patties and broil or grill to desired doneness.
- Meanwhile, in a bowl, blend cream cheese, remaining Worcestershire sauce, mushrooms, mustard and parsley.
- Spread cream cheese mixture on cooked patties.
- Top patties with reserved onions.
- Broil or grill 1 minute more or until onions are golden.
- Serve on Kaiser rolls.

This was very good. I had made this before but tonight I made it with the mushrooms. I think the mushrooms got lost, it did not add to it or take anything away from it.
