Combining flavors from two different unique styles of cooking creating a fusion of the two flavors is a new cooking trend in this case the results are this yummy spicy burrito with a asian twist

Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 pound boneless pork cut into 2 inch strips
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 4 cups shredded cabbage ( to save time buy a 16 oz package of cole slaw mix the carrots hurt nothing in this case)
  • 10 oz jar sweet and sour sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 4 oz can green chilis undrained
  • 8 oz can water chestnuts drained
  • 1 table spoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 jalepeno pepper seeded and diced (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 cup minced cilantro
  • 10 flour tortillas warmed

Directions
  1. Heat oil in large non stick skillet or wok
  2. Add pork and garlic
  3. stir fry until pork is longer pink in center
  4. Add all the remaining ingredients EXCEPT the cilantro and tortillas
  5. Bring to a boil
  6. simmer stirring constantly 3 to 4 minutes just until cabbage begins to wilt
  7. Spoon 1/2 cup pork mixture down center of each tortilla
  8. roll up and serve with dipping sauces of choice or additional soy sauce.
