How to make it

  • Ideally, let the pastry sheets defrost before unrolling them.
  • Lay pastry sheets flat and smear with pesto.
  • Roll up lengthwise and cut into slices. Brush with egg white (optional).
  • Tip: Use a casserole dish rather than a baking sheet. It will prevent oil from spilling everywhere.
  • Bake at 350 until brown (about 30 minutes). Serve immediately.
