Pesto Roll-Ups

- 2 Pepperidge Farm Pastry Sheet (comes in a 2-pack in the frozen food section) shopping list
- 1 Pesto and/or sundried tomato pesto container shopping list
- 1 egg (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Ideally, let the pastry sheets defrost before unrolling them.
- Lay pastry sheets flat and smear with pesto.
- Roll up lengthwise and cut into slices. Brush with egg white (optional).
- Tip: Use a casserole dish rather than a baking sheet. It will prevent oil from spilling everywhere.
- Bake at 350 until brown (about 30 minutes). Serve immediately.
