How to make it
- Line jelly roll pan, 151/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 in. with waxed paper.
- Heat chocolate chips, shortening and cinnamon over low heat.
- Stir constantly until smooth.
- Remove from heat.
- Dip each fruit half-way into chocolate mixture.
- Place in pan.
- Refrigerate uncovered until chocolate is firm, about 30 min.
- 3 to 4 dozen confections
