This is a recipe I obtained from a neighbor last summer. We make it at least once a month and it is so easy, yet so good. An incredible blend of spices.

I added white balsamic vinegar and just a splash of white wine, along with spicy mustard and a couple of tablespoons of ranch dressing - before adding the chicken, this marinade tasted great! - Want to make more for 'dipping' - can't wait for dinner

Might I add... SO delicious! Try cutting up the boneless, skinless chicken breasts and skewing them on bamboo sticks. May even want to throw in some red peppers, pineapple chunks, or onions on the line up.
Yum!! So good on a summer night.

I made this last night - super easy, but the taste totally had that oh my factor - super moist. I broiled the chicken in my oven with excellent results. Highly recommend this one - and will definitely make again. Thanks once again chefmeow for sharing!
