Layered Reuben Spread

Another dip or spread for football watching.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces sauerfkraut, drained shopping list
- 8 ounces swiss cheese, shredded shopping list
- 8 ounces deli sliced corned beef, cut in strips shopping list
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 1/3 cup Thousand Island salad dressing shopping list
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced shopping list
- wheat or rye crackers or cocktail breads shopping list
How to make it
- In baking dish, layer sauerkraut.
- Sprinkle with half the Swiss cheese.
- Layer with corned beef.
- Whisk together mayonnaise and salad dressing.
- Spread over corned beef.
- Sprinkle with remaining cheese and green onion.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Serve with crackers or cocktail breads.
