How to make it

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mix well.
  • Use amount needed for for meat and store rest in the fridge in an airtight container or Ziploc bag.
  • Lasts about 2 weeks in fridge and 2 months in freezer.
  • Bake meat at normal temperature and time.

    Hi thanks for this recipe. If we want to keep it on shelf longer we could use powdered onion and powdered garlic instead of fresh and don't add oil. I personally like my onions & garlic fresh like in your recipe,but I do like to keep homemade ingred. like this on hand when I'm short on time. Thanks again
