How to make it

  • Drain the fruit cocktail. Drain and cut the cherries in quarters.
  • Blend cream cheese with salt, nutmeg, extract, brandy and eggnog until smooth.
  • Beat cream until stiff. Fold cream, marshmallows and drained fruit into the cream cheese mixture. Tint very lightly with the food coloring.
  • Ladle into paper lined muffin cups. Freeze eight hours or overnight, covered tightly with plastic wrap or foil.

    I like fruit cocktail and marshmallows, I remember momma making something with pistachio pudding and fruit cocktail that all of us would fight over at Thanksgiving. This sounds better than that.
