I ate this at wedding reception in Israel about a month ago. I liked it and it was a dessert that quickly disappeared along with my cheese cake and pecan cookies

Ingredients
- 16 ounces of semi-sweet chocolate
- 8 oz real butter
- 8 cups corn flakes
- Paper cup cake holders about 36
Directions
- 1. Melt chocolate and butter together in a small sauce pan.
- 2.Pour over corn flakes in a large bowl.
- 3.Use a fork to stir and mix mixture with corn flakes.
- 4.After some mixing use your hand to really get the corn flakes heavy coated with chocolate mixture.
- 5.Pick up a glob and put in paper cup.
- 6.Either refrigerate or freeze to set the chocolate.

You can also add a few drops of caramel oil to give it a butter-caramel flavor. Another option is to omit the butter, just melt the chocolate with a little amount of oil then add orange oil for a hint of orange flavor in your chocolate cornflakes. Yum yum!

This looks good. Krumkake has a great recipe with cornflakes too. You should check it out. the recipe calls for butterscotch chips and peanut butter. I love all these fun sweet treats! thanks for sharing.M
