Banana Bread

Moist banana, nut and spice bread. Good as a desert, snack, breakfast or brunch item.
Ingredients
- 1/2 stick butter, softened shopping list
- 1/2 c brown sugar, packed shopping list
- 1/2 c honey shopping list
- 1 t cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 t nutmeg shopping list
- 1/4 t all-spice shopping list
- 1 t vanilla shopping list
- 2 eggs, room temperature and slightly beaten shopping list
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed shopping list
- 1 1/2 c all-purpose flour shopping list
- 1/2 t baking soda shopping list
- 1/2 t salt shopping list
- 1/2 c pecans shopping list
- Bakers Choice Spray shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 325 degree.
- Mix butter, sugar, honey, baking soda, salt, and spices until creamy.
- Add the eggs and bananas; mix well.
- Blend in the flour a little at a time.
- Fold in the nuts.
- Spray a loaf pan wiith Bakers Choice and pour in the batter.
- Bake in oven for 1 hour, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
