Crockpot Swiss Chicken Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts

6 slices deli-style Swiss cheese

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1/4 cup milk

2 cups chicken stuffing mix

1/2 cup butter, melted

Directions

Lightly grease crockpot or spray with cooking spray. Place chicken breasts in pot. Top with cheese. Combine soup and milk, stirring well. Spoon over cheese; sprinkle with stuffing mix. Drizzle melted butter over stuffing mix. Cook on low 8-10 hours or on high 4-6 hours.

The only thing I did different was that I peppered the chicken (we love pepper) and I added more stuffing mix (about another cup) than the recipe called for. I also poured about 1/2 cup of chicken broth over the top with the butter.
