Fall Fruit Salad

- 2 cups of cubed unpeeled red apples shopping list
- 2 cups of cubed unpeeled pears shopping list
- 1/4 cup of chopped dates shopping list
- 1/4 cup of diced celery shopping list
- 1/4 cup of chopped walnuts shopping list
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice shopping list
- 2 banana peeled and sliced shopping list
- 1/3 to 1/2 cup of light mayonnaise shopping list
- 3 tablespoons of honey shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon of grated lemon rind shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon of all spice shopping list
How to make it
- In a large bowl, combine apples, pears, dates, celery, bananas. Add lemon juice and toss very lightly to keep the fruit from browning.
- Mix the mayo, honey, lemon peel and allspice. Add to the fruit.
- Toss very lightly. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Refrigerate.
- Serve in lettuce cups or plain.
