Mushroom Scalloped Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients

10 1/2 oz. Cream of Mushroom Soup

1/2 cup Minced Onion

1/2 tsp. Salt

1/4 tsp. Pepper

1/2 cup Milk

4 cups Sliced Raw Potatoes

Paprika to taste

Directions

Combine mushroom soup, milk, minced onion, salt and pepper.

Mix in 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish.

Cover with 1/2 the soup mixture.

Repeat layers.

Bake uncovered at 375 for 1 hour.

Cover and bake 10 min longer.

Sprinkle with paprika.

Enjoy!!!
