How to make it

  • Heat oil in a pan.Add onion and sir fry until light brown.
  • Add tomatoes and stir fry for a few minutes.
  • Add remaining ingredients.Keep stirring it.
  • Add 1/2 glass of water and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Stir fry until oil separates.Add okra and cook on slow heay until done.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and green chillies.
  • Serve with chappati/paratha.
