How to make it

  • Place fish on rack of a broiler pan coated with butter spray. Coat fish with butter spray; sprinkle with lemon-herb seasoning and salt.
  • Broil fish 5 1/2" from heat 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
  • While fish broils, combine pineapple and remaining ingrediens. Top each fillet with 1/4 cup pineapple salsa.
  • 132 calories, 12% from fat.
