How to make it

  • In a large bowl mix beef with egg, onion, red pepper, bread crumbs, soy sauce, worcesterschire sauce, salt and pepper.
  • Form into meatballs and place on greased or lined baking sheet.
  • Bake at 450 for about 25 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, in large skillet combine beef stock, garlic, honey, cornstarch, and hot pepper sauce. Cook until thickened.
  • Add meatballs and the juices then stir to coat.
  • Sprinkle green onions over top and serve.

    Okay tried it. I added mozzarella cheese to the ground beef before making the meatballs. I can't say that it actually added anything but just the thought of cheese in the meat made me happy.
