Honey Garlic Meatballs

- 1 lb ground beef shopping list
- 1 small onion, grated shopping list
- 1/2 sweet red pepper, finely chopped shopping list
- 1/4 c dry bread crumbs shopping list
- 2 tsp soya sauce shopping list
- 2 tsp worcesterschire sauce shopping list
- 1/4 tsp pepper shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- Sauce: shopping list
- 1 c beef stock shopping list
- 4-6 cloves garlic (grated or minced) shopping list
- 6 tsp honey shopping list
- dash hot pepper sauce shopping list
- 2 tbsp cornstarch shopping list
- 2-3 green onions, sliced shopping list
How to make it
- In a large bowl mix beef with egg, onion, red pepper, bread crumbs, soy sauce, worcesterschire sauce, salt and pepper.
- Form into meatballs and place on greased or lined baking sheet.
- Bake at 450 for about 25 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in large skillet combine beef stock, garlic, honey, cornstarch, and hot pepper sauce. Cook until thickened.
- Add meatballs and the juices then stir to coat.
- Sprinkle green onions over top and serve.
