How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400F.
  • Prick each potato deeply 4-5 times.
  • Roast 45-50 minutes. Let cool 2 minutes.
  • Cut a lengthwise strip, from the top of each potato and scoop out flesh, leaving a thin shell.
  • Combine potato flesh, sour cream, cheese, milk, butter, salt and pepper. Stuff potatoes.
  • Broil potatoes 3 minutes and serve.

    This sounds really good and I'd love to make it sometime, but I have one small question. What does it mean to prick the potatoes? (English is my second language and I don´t know all the cooking lingo)
