Ingredients
  • 4 Baking potatoes; scrubbed well and dried
  • ½ c Sour cream
  • 2 oz Gorgonzola; crumbled
  • ¼ c Milk
  • ¼ c Butter
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Pepper

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Prick each potato deeply 4-5 times.
  3. Roast 45-50 minutes. Let cool 2 minutes.
  4. Cut a lengthwise strip, from the top of each potato and scoop out flesh, leaving a thin shell.
  5. Combine potato flesh, sour cream, cheese, milk, butter, salt and pepper. Stuff potatoes.
  6. Broil potatoes 3 minutes and serve.

This sounds really good and I'd love to make it sometime, but I have one small question. What does it mean to prick the potatoes? (English is my second language and I don´t know all the cooking lingo)
