Cheesy Tex Mex Quesadillas Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Mix jar of salsa and bag of cheese in a large bowl, mix well
  • place salsa and cheese mix on to half of soft taco and fold
  • place folded soft taco in a skillet (skillet on low to medium heat)
  • cook until crispy and cheese is melted
  • cut into threes and serve

    Add some Chorizo and black olives and cilantro to the mix and you've got a whole meal
