Cheesy Tex Mex Quesadillas Recipe

A quick and easy recipe to make if company is coming by for a visit or dinner ... My guests love this recipe

Recent Gawkers
- 2 to 4 large soft tacos
- 1 jar (300ml) of salsa any flavor
- 1 400g bag of Shredded tex mex cheese
- sour cream, salsa optional for dipping
Directions
- Mix jar of salsa and bag of cheese in a large bowl, mix well
- place salsa and cheese mix on to half of soft taco and fold
- place folded soft taco in a skillet (skillet on low to medium heat)
- cook until crispy and cheese is melted
- cut into threes and serve
