Ingredients

2 to 4 large soft tacos

1 jar (300ml) of salsa any flavor

1 400g bag of Shredded tex mex cheese

sour cream, salsa optional for dipping

Directions

Mix jar of salsa and bag of cheese in a large bowl, mix well

place salsa and cheese mix on to half of soft taco and fold

place folded soft taco in a skillet (skillet on low to medium heat)

cook until crispy and cheese is melted

cut into threes and serve
