How to make it

  • Stir-Fried Collards Diabetic
  • 1 bunch (about 1 lb) fresh collard greens
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 small cloves garlic, chopped fine
  • 1 to 2 tsp oyster sauce
  • freshly ground pepper to taste
  • Steam collard greens just till tender. Heat wok and add oil. Stir-fry
  • garlic until lightly brown. Add greens and oyster sauce. Stir constantly to
  • blend ingredients. Serve immediately with freshly ground pepper.
  • Makes 2 Servings.

    I'm not diabetic BUT want sugarless, healthier fare. This one fits the bill. I've tried making collards once, didn't turn out to well. Of course I didn't have this recipe SO THANKS can't wait to try it. Keep posting these.
