Creamy Shrimp Dip Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 pound fresh salad shrimp

8 ounce package creamed cheese softened

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 cup mayonnaise

Directions

In medium bowl beat mayonnaise and creamed cheese with electric mixer until smooth.

Add garlic powder and continue beating.

Add shrimp and continue beating until shrimp is broken into small pieces and is smooth.

Cover bowl with plastic wrap then place in refrigerator and chill at least one hour.

That's a simple enough recipe - nice for a quick fix when company shows up unexpectedly...I usually have some shrimp in the freezer and the other ingredients on hand. I will give it a try - it has to be good with shrimp in it (I love seafood!).
