Pineapple Casserole From Huckleberry Inn Bed And Breakfast Recipe Lor / All my dishes

A friend sent this recipe to me. She said it is a great dish to take to a house warming, bridal/baby shower, or potluck dinner. It has a unique sweet, buttery flavour that is sure to please everyone. This dish is great hot or cold!

Ingredients
  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 5-6 pieces white bread, toasted and crumbled
  • 3 eggs
  • Large can crushed pineapple with juice

Directions
  1. Cream together butter and sugar. Combine eggs with mixture and beat til fluffy. Add bread and pineapple and mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
  2. *Note: This recipe does not suggest what size Pyrex dish to bake it in so you'd have to just guesstimate ;-)
