Pineapple Casserole From Huckleberry Inn Bed and Breakfast Recipe

How to make it

  • Cream together butter and sugar. Combine eggs with mixture and beat til fluffy. Add bread and pineapple and mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
  • *Note: This recipe does not suggest what size Pyrex dish to bake it in so you'd have to just guesstimate ;-)
