Plum Glazed Chicken

- 3 lb. frying chicken parts shopping list
- salt shopping list
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil shopping list
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter shopping list
- Glaze: shopping list
- 1 cup plum jam shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. ketchup shopping list
- 2 tsp. grated lime or lemon peel shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. lime or lemon juice shopping list
- 2 tsp. vinegar shopping list
- 1 tsp. grated or ground ginger shopping list
- 1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard (optional) shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon shopping list
- 1/8 tsp. ground cloves shopping list
- Slowly heat jam in saucepan until it melts. Add remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken parts. shopping list
How to make it
- Rinse and dry chicken.
- Salt to taste.
- Brown chicken in oil and butter combined.
- Arrange pieces in shallow pan.
- Spoon plum glaze over pieces.
- Bake at 375 degrees F for 45 minutes.
- Baste with glaze while baking.

I wonder if you did this for about 6 hours on low in a slow cooker, how it would turn out.Have added to my recipe collection.Thanks for a very good post..Bob
