Garlic spinach Diabetic delight!

- Garlic Sauteed Spinach and Onions Diabetic

- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp butter or margarine
- 3 c chopped fresh spinach leaves, stems removed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Directions
- Heat olive oil and butter in saucepan over medium heat. Add spinach,
- onion, and garlic. Saute until spinach is limp and tender. Serve hot.
- Makes 2 Servings.

My brother is Diabetic. I emailed the recipe to him. I too will make this, but I will add another clove of garlic.......I am a garlic lover. I even tried garlic ice cream, once...enuf said!
