How to make it

  • Crumble bread in the bottom of a 9×13x2 cake pan. Brown the sausage and
  • drain. Beat the eggs & milk together. Drain mushroom, if used, and add
  • mushrooms & sausage to the egg mixture. Pour over the crumbled bread. Top
  • with cheese. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour on
  • 325º Remove foil and continue baking until golden brown on top.

    Delicious!! I make this the night before and just pop it in the oven in the morning! I once made it with only 6 eggs. It turned out ok, it just wasn't as eggy as I like! The numerous eggs makes all the difference!
