Chicken Breast Parmesan Recipe
Incredible cheesy chicken. Good enough to serve company. Enjoy. I usually brown the chicken breasts on the stove then bake in the oven as opposed to the microwave. Have done it both ways and both are good.

Ingredients
  • 8 ounce can tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/3 cup corn flake crumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
  • 4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions
  1. Mix tomato sauce, Italian seasoning and garlic salt in 2 cup measuring cup.
  2. Cover with waxed paper then microwave on high for two minutes.
  3. Stir well then reduce power to medium and microwave for 5 minutes stirring once the set aside.
  4. Mix corn flake crumbs, parmesan cheese and parsley flakes.
  5. Dip chicken breasts in beaten egg then in crumb mixture.
  6. Place chicken in baking dish and cover with waxed paper.
  7. Microwave on medium for 14 minutes rearranging half way through cooking.
  8. Pour sauce over chicken then sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over chicken breasts.
  9. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese then microwave uncovered on medium for 5 minutes.
