Ingredients

How to make it

  • Use small whisk to soften banana down to a paste in a mixing glass.
  • Add 2 Parts Rubicon Mango juice & 1 part creme de banana.
  • Put into shaker filled with ice & add 2 parts white rum & the juice of 1/2 a lime.
  • Shake until too cold to hold then strain into glass of preference filled with 3 tablespoons crushed ice.
  • Pour 1 teaspoon Chambord down inside of glass & pop in wedge of lime.

    Well it was in e. stroudsburg a few years ago. It had as an entrance a huge 3/4 cask and a huge fireplace in the eating area. Romantic and beautiful All I remember is the bamango tho. LOL
    one is perfect; two and I thought someone hit me in back of the head..so I had one and a sip or two. Boy, the go down really easy. sunshine in a glass Noir!
