Monterey Spaghetti Bake Recipe
This is a really easy and tasty bake spaghetti dish.

Ingredients
  • 4-6 ounces spaghetti, cooked and drained
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1-8 ounce block monterey jack cheese,grated
  • 10 ounces frozen spinach, thawed and chopped
  • 1 can French Fried Onions

Directions
  1. In a bowl, combine egg, sour cream, parmesan and garlic powder.
  2. Add spaghetti, spinach and 1/2 the can of French Fried Onions.
  3. Toss to combine.
  4. Pour into baking dish.
  5. Bake uncovered at 350° for 30 minutes.
  6. Top with remaining onions and grated monterey jack cheese.
  7. Bake an additional 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted and onions are brown.
