Monterey Spaghetti Bake Recipe

This is a really easy and tasty bake spaghetti dish.

Ingredients
- 4-6 ounces spaghetti, cooked and drained
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1-8 ounce block monterey jack cheese,grated
- 10 ounces frozen spinach, thawed and chopped
- 1 can French Fried Onions
Directions
- In a bowl, combine egg, sour cream, parmesan and garlic powder.
- Add spaghetti, spinach and 1/2 the can of French Fried Onions.
- Toss to combine.
- Pour into baking dish.
- Bake uncovered at 350° for 30 minutes.
- Top with remaining onions and grated monterey jack cheese.
- Bake an additional 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted and onions are brown.
