Mexi Cheeseburger Chowder

- 1/2 pound ground beef shopping list
- 1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup, undiluted shopping list
- 1-3/4 cups milk shopping list
- 1 cup frozen shredded hash brown potatoes shopping list
- 1-4 ounce can diced green chilies shopping list
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning shopping list
- 1 tablespoon minced onion shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder shopping list
- Crushed corn chips, garnish shopping list
- diced tomatoes, garnish shopping list
- Shredded monterey jack cheese, garnish shopping list
How to make it
- In a large saucepan, cook beef over medium heat.
- Drain.
- Stir is soup, milk, potatoes, chilies, taco seasoning, onion and chili powder.
- Bring to a boil, stirring ocassionaly to prevent burning.
- Reduce heat and let simmer uncovered for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with corn chips, monterey jack cheese and tomatoes.
