How to make it

  • In a large saucepan, cook beef over medium heat.
  • Drain.
  • Stir is soup, milk, potatoes, chilies, taco seasoning, onion and chili powder.
  • Bring to a boil, stirring ocassionaly to prevent burning.
  • Reduce heat and let simmer uncovered for 5 minutes.
  • Garnish with corn chips, monterey jack cheese and tomatoes.
