How to make it

  • Mix together margarine and sugars until fluffy.
  • Beat in eggs and vanilla.
  • Blend in remaining ingredients except Rice Krispies.
  • Mix well, then add Rice Krispies.
  • Drop by spoonfuls or roll in balls and press down.
  • Bake at 350 degrees about 10 minutes until light brown.
  • Dough may be frozen and baked later.

    Great title! Wow...this makes a lot of cookies! I always hear about freezing cookie dough but I've never tried it! I love all the ingredients in this dough! I also love Geranium's idea of adding coconut! Great post Michelle!
