Apricot Pork Tenderloin Recipe
This is an easy way to fix a pork tenderloin. Can be prepared the night before.

Ingredients
  • Pork Tenderloin, 5 or 6 lbs.
  • 1 8 oz. Jar Apricot Preserves
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • 1/2 Cup Green Onions and Yellow Onions mixed, chopped
  • 4 Slices Bacon

Directions
  1. Wrap tenderloin with bacon and place in casserole dish.
  2. Combine ingredients and pour over tenderloin.
  3. Marinate in refrigerator for 2 hrs or longer.
  4. Bake covered 350 for 45 minutes.
