Apricot Pork Tenderloin

- pork tenderloin, 5 or 6 lbs. shopping list
- 1 8 oz. Jar apricot preserves shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon honey shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon soy sauce shopping list
- 1/4 Cup water shopping list
- 1/2 Cup green onions and yellow onions mixed, chopped shopping list
- 4 Slices bacon shopping list
How to make it
- Wrap tenderloin with bacon and place in casserole dish.
- Combine ingredients and pour over tenderloin.
- Marinate in refrigerator for 2 hrs or longer.
- Bake covered 350 for 45 minutes.
