- flour FOR DREDGING shopping list
- salt, pepper TO TASTE shopping list
- fresh lemonS shopping list
How to make it
- POUR LIBERAL AMOUNT OF OLIVE OIL IN PAN(1/2- 3/4 CUP)
- HEAT OIL WHILE PREPARING LIVER
- ADD SALT AND PEPPER TO FLOUR.
- DREDGE BEEF LIVER IN FLOUR TO COAT WELL.
- FRY LIVER IN OIL TIL BROWN AND CRISPY.
- SQUEEZE LEMON OVER ALL IN PAN. PLACE LIVER AND JUICES ONTO PLATE
- SERVE WITH SALAD, YELLOW RICE, ADDITIONAL LEMON WEDGES AND A NICE LOAF OF CRUSTY, CHEWY ITALIAN BREAD FOR SOPPING UP JUICES!
