Awesome simple way to prepare London Broil. Best on the rare side. Can be eaten cold or reheated - great in sammies!

I typically use canola oil - anything light colored with little to no flavor works well!

So sorry, but I have to say, this cooking time must be WAY off. I reduced the time quite a bit because it seemed like too much time in the oven, and it STILL came out like cardboard. The marinade was lovely though...I may just try it in the broiler next time or on the grill. But I'm sorry to say, I won't be roasting it again.
