This is a favorite turkey stuffer for our family.

Ingredients
- 1 c. butter or margarine
- 1 c. minced onion
- 16 oz small oysters, drained and chopped
- 1 T. poultry seasoning
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp. white pepper
- 1/3 c. chopped parsley
- 3/4 c. chopped celery leaves
- 80 oz or 2 1/2 qt. bread cubes
- 2 eggs, beaten (optional)
Directions
- Melt butter in a skillet
- Add all ingredients except bread cubes
- Cook 5 minutes
- Add bread cubes and eggs (if desired)
- makes 10 - 1 cup servings

Baby, I've been looking everywhere for this recipe! These are the exact ingredients my Nonna used when she wanted a change from our traditional Italian Sausage dressing, but I'd lost the recipe, and didn't know the correct measurements. Thanks so much for posting this, I'll be serving it for Thanksgiving this year! :-)
