Talapia with mango pineapple salsa

- 3 fresh tilapia filets shopping list
- 2 mangos shopping list
- 2 lemons shopping list
- 2 small roma tomatos shopping list
- 1 can of small pineapple chunks shopping list
- 1 bottle of banana pepper slices shopping list
- 8 oz of sliced fresh large button mushrooms shopping list
- 8 oz of spinach (approx) shopping list
How to make it
- chop all the mango ingredients by hand and adding a splash of orange juice.
- put the tilapia on a pan, brush it with olive oil and rub it with sea salt and black pepper. I
- put the tilapia in the oven at 450 for 5 minutes.
- While the tilapia is cooking, coat a saute pan with olive oil and garlic salt, toss in the mushrooms.
- After five minutes open the oven door and spoon large amounts of the salsa on top of each of the filets.
- broil for another four minutes.
- add the spinach to the mushrooms, sautee for another two minutes, until the spinach and the mushrooms are soft.
